Originally from Culpeper, Virginia, Dr. Gimbel attended Virginia Tech where she earned both her undergraduate Bachelor of Science and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Gimbel enjoys traveling with family and friends. Filling up her household is an Australian Cattle Dog named 'Nash.' She is a big supporter of Virginia Tech football and basketball, and is a proud Hokie Club member.
